Cafeteria

At TIS Puchong, we served a wide variety of balanced meals. Ranging from the Western, Asian and Vegetarian menu, meals are ensured to be nutritious and healthy for students. Other than the main lunch set, the cafeteria provides a wide variety of ala carte items for students to choose from. Students may purchase their meal using their eCard or parents may pre-order via the parents’ portal.

The menu is made available at the end of every month at the Parent Portal. Parents may place their Pre-order meals via eService. All food and beverages in TIS Puchong cafeteria are provided by Cezars Kitchen Sdn Bhd.

During COVID-19, Cezar's Kitchen have a dedicated HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) team with support from top management that closely monitor all local and international trusted sources of information to ensure they remain at the forefront of safety towards COVID-19. Health & Medical

The health and safety of every child is of paramount importance to the school. In an effort to ensure the health of the child is well taken care of, the school has a Medical Room with full-time, qualified and experienced nurses to provide support in situations where the students are unwell or when accidents occur. In either event, every effort will be made to ensure that parents are notified immediately. The Medical Room is a quiet and conducive resting space where the student’s condition can be further monitored and treated.

Morning: Bus pick-ups commence between 6:00am - 7:00am

Afternoon: Bus departs from school:

Early Years: Monday - Friday (12:30pm)
Primary: Monday - Thursday (3:00pm) & Friday (1:30pm)
Secondary: Monday - Thursday (3:30pm) & Friday (1:45pm)

Parents are advised to negotiate and make arrangements directly with the transporters.

TIS Puchong uses cutting-edge technology and is proud to be a cashless school. Almost all purchases in our school can be purchased online or at a swipe of the eCard.

eBook Store
All purchases of school uniforms, stationery items and textbooks can be purchased online via our eBook Store, which is accessible via the Parent Portal. All orders, transactions and payments are to be made online and the purchases will be delivered directly to your home or office.

For an emergency need for a PE kit or school uniform, we also have a cashless vending machine located at the school foyer that offers instant purchases with a swipe of the eCard.

To access the eService, parents must login using the family GMAIL account issued by our Admissions Department. The quick link to the Parent Portal is at the top right corner of the front page of our website.

Counselling

TIS has a full time counsellor who provides student counselling. The service offers a safe and confidential environment for students to talk about any issues related to their mental or emotional health or learning. Counselling is about getting help to find solutions, learning to deal with issues in life and getting support through difficult times.

The counselling service in school is run professionally and it follows the Counselling Code of Ethics set by the Malaysian Board of Counsellors (Lembaga Kaunselor Malaysia).

Students and parents are welcome to enquire more about the service.

The counsellor is available Monday to Friday during school hours at the Counsellor’s Room (Room 103, 1st Floor, Academic Block.).

ABOUT THE COUNSELLORS

Evelyn Wong
Evelyn Wong has made it her career to help people. For most of her 20 plus working years, she has worked with young people. She is passionate about developing people and working alongside them in achieving their potential. She has extensive experience teaching and helping people with life skills and life issues, as a professional counsellor as well as in social service, youth and volunteer work in Malaysia and Singapore.

Evelyn has a Master in Social Science (Counselling) and Specialist Diploma in Satir’s Transformational Systemic Therapy. She is a Registered and Licenced Counsellor with Malaysia’s Board of Counsellors (Lembaga Kaunselor Malaysia). Evelyn is also an accredited administrator for Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Instrument and Strong Interest Inventory Instrument, and has a Certificate in Special Needs Support.

Safety & Security

Our guards are physically on duty 24/7 and CCTV cameras are installed to monitor all activities in the school. All parents, guardians, students and staff are required to wear their Identity Tag when they are in the school’s compound at all times. Visitors and vendors entering the ground must produce their identification and get a Visitor’s Pass from the Security Office. Absolutely no unauthorized personnel will be granted access under any circumstances.
