Dear parents,
I hope by now you will have read the letter that I sent on Wednesday. For those of you that have not yet done so, the good news is that the Taylor's Board has frozen fees for yet another year. As the Taylors community, I know we are all trying to assist you as much as possible, and this goes hand-in-hand with financial assistance such as instalments as well as the two COVID bursaries - a general COVID bursary for all students and one COVID bursary for Year 10 and 11 exam students. If you would like further information about this please contact me and I will give you more details.
Can I also remind you to please spend a little bit of time and complete the survey. Please do refer to your family email for the survey. Your honest feedback is both valued and important to us if we are to continue to improve TIS Puchong as a school.
In these times, it is also necessary to celebrate all small wins and this is to let you know that Taylors International School has been awarded Trusted Brand Gold for 2021 by the Readers Digest readers. We are proud of this award as shown.
As I write this, there is a lot of talk, none of which is at the moment verified or confirmed, about when schools will reopen. There is talk now of several phases in the coming months, however this has not yet been confirmed by the Ministry of Education. At the moment, we will finish this period until 17 July online and then we will see. Of course, if I get notification earlier than this I will let you know immediately.
Thank you and have a good weekend.
Stefano Piumatti
Principal of Taylor’s International School Puchong
