This week saw two fabulous trips take place in both Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. Our Year 7 & 8 learner's had the opportunity to take part in a Wilderness Camp in the Melaka area, whilst Year 10 travelled to Janda Baik for a 'Jungle Adventure Camp'. Students were involved with a range of challenges and activities including exploring a cave (a popular task with the learners), First Aid simulation and river trekking. Members of the public commented to our staff how impressed they were with the children's behaviour, attitude and ability to follow instructions. This is lovely to hear and a real testament to the values of both our school and our parents.
The Pastoral team have also received many positive comments from parents thanking the teachers for looking after their children so well. This is great to hear. Finally, I would like to thank Ms Jessica and her team (Wilderness Camp) and Ms Ruby, Ms Jamie and Mr Gladwin (Adventure camp) for giving up their time to lead the learner's on their excursion.
