When online teaching continues on Monday morning, we will have entered our penultimate week of this year and we are going into that week whilst still online. We don’t yet know whether the CMCO will be lifted on Tuesday ahead of Deepavali or not. I will refrain from making any predictions on this as the current COVID situation in Malaysia is complex and I have been incorrect in many of my predictions so far! We place our faith in the way that Malaysia has managed the COVID situation and feel fortunate to be in a country that has dealt with it so well. In our Primary school, we have been preparing for if we do return to school next Tuesday. In this case, we would continue to adhere to all SOP’s (Standard Operational Procedures) to keep all our children as safe as possible. We will, just like in previous months, offer online learning whilst being back in the school building. This would be for all students who cannot enter the country and for families who opt to keep their children at home. This would still be via Zoom and our respective online platforms such as Google Classroom or Seesaw. Online learning would be available in each year group level.
Our Year 5 and Year 6 students have been asked to fill in a questionnaire about their experience in Taylor’s over this year. We would appreciate it if all Year 5 and Year 6 students could take some time to provide us with their valuable feedback. We take all feedback very seriously as in our strive for perfection, we always aim to improve our provision to provide an even better student experience. The link for our annual student survey is
