Board of Governors

Taylor's International School's Board of Governors has the overall responsibility of advising, managing and monitoring the activities of our school in accordance with the Education Act 1996 . The responsibilities of the Board include approving major changes to the curriculum which affect the nature of what is taught in the school, ensuring the quality of teaching and learning in the school meets the expectations of the Mission and Purpose statement and to set and adopt a long-term developmental plan for the school.

Jane, born and educated in the UK, brings over 30 years of experience in education, including 24 years in senior leadership roles. She combines a commitment to academic excellence with a focus on holistic child development, preparing students to thrive in an ever-evolving world.

Her vision prioritises students, placing them at the centre of education. Through diverse opportunities and enriching experiences, she empowers them with the skills, resilience, and confidence needed for future success.

Michael Moreton

Principal & Head of Secondary

Mike Morton is a leader with over 24 years of experience. He joined Taylor’s International School Puchong in 2015 as the Head of Secondary and has since then helped to expand the exam results for IGCSE. Mike believes that the school curriculum needs to constantly stay relevant by inspiring the learners of today to not only become the leaders of tomorrow, but to discover the technology of the future, today. His aims is for all students in TIS to go beyond their potential be it in academic, sports or performing arts.

Marco Damhuis

Marco Damhuis is an experienced teacher with over 21 years of experience. He joined us in 2017, after six years of leading the primary school in International School of London. His aim as an educationist is to help learners achieve their goal be it on a subject level, personal level or on an international level. Marco wants to also help students to become confident and self-driven learners. He is an experienced trainer in International Primary Curriculum (IPC) since 2013 and has been part of the team in launching the curriculum in TIS Puchong.
