Kuala Lumpur, Wednesday, 5th July 2018 - Taylor's International School was awarded the Reader's Digest Trusted Brand Award 2018 for the third consecutive year in the Private/International School category.
Recipients of the awards were selected based on the survey conducted by Catalyst Research. About 8,000 participants were surveyed across five of the region’s key markets: the Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Each participant would complete an online questionnaire to tell the name of their most trusted brand and then to rate each of those brands based on the following six attributes:
- Trustworthiness and Credibility
- Quality
- Value
- Understanding of Customer Needs
- Innovation
- Social Responsibility
Reader's Digest celebrated their 20th anniversary in researching the features that a trusted brand must possess in order to maintain the highest standards amongst its consumers. The award provides recognition to the brands that consumers place the most trust in to deliver the best quality in terms of their products and services.
Taylor's International School is honoured to win the votes and the confidence of the community to be the recipient of the award in the Private/International School category, while Taylor’s University was awarded in the Private University category.
As quoted by Peter Wells: "In the past nine years as Principal of Taylor’s International School Kuala Lumpur, I've seen it grow in leaps and bounds, always moving towards providing the best wholesome student experience, whilst at the same time gaining our parents' trust in our way of teaching and learning." We are privileged to be a part of this prestigious event and will continue to strive for excellence in providing the best educational experience for our students.
