The Year 7 students and homeroom tutors launched assemblies on 13th and 27th May 2019 based on the "Anti-Bullying Awareness Campaign" theme for all students. The objectives for the campaign were to enable students to create an environment where everyone understands that bullying behaviours are unacceptable, harmful, and preventable; and prepare children to recognize and respond effectively to early bullying behaviours. Students were engaged in performances, role play, video presentations and Kahoot quizzes. Besides these, there was a wellbeing survey to students and an Art competition for KS3.
The Art competition winners were announced during assembly with prizes awarded to the top three. The winners were:
Year 7 3rd placing - Chloe Leong of 7T 2nd placing - Carina Liew Yan Ee of 7L 1st placing - Gong Shien of 7Y
