2 MAY 2019 - MESSAGE FROM THE PRINCIPAL

A very warm welcome to the news students that started with us, last week. I hope that you settle quickly, and please remember that we were all new at some point in the past, so if you have any question please just ask.

Term 2 has started as Term 1 left off - busy and purposeful. To help everyone keep up to date with the activities of the school, we have widened our social media feeds to include Linkedin, and Instagram. Please make these links (and our Facebook account) favourites and then you can keep up-to-date with what the school is doing.

Cars and parking

Unfortunately we have had some people park in and around the school, who are not thinking of other people. Examples of this poor behaviour are:
Parking in front of other cars and blocking their exit, and causing others to be late for work and appointments. This is happening with double parking outside of the school, and also inside the school car park.
Parking on pavement areas and endangering students who walk on these ‘safe’ areas.
Speeding up, to not allow pedestrians cross the road safely.
Parking in front of the gates of houses in the residential area outside of the school, stopping the residents from leaving.
Please show consideration for others around you. How would you feel if anyone else did this to you?
Please do not park in the wrong place even for a few minutes!

And finally….

Since Monday 6th May is the first day of the Holy Month of Ramadan, I would like to wish everyone Selamat Berpuasa.

As in previous years, special consideration will be taken for all the students and staff who are fasting during this period.
