As a Quantum Learning Distinguished School (QLDS), we model the best teaching and learning practices. Our teachers integrate the Quantum Learning methodologies to maximise students’ learning experiences.

At TIS, all our teachers are Quantum Learning certified. We are highly committed to a culture of continuous quality improvement. We now have a team of teachers who have earned the designation as 'Quantum Learning Certified Site Facilitators’. As certified teacher trainers, they will be mentoring the best teaching and learning practices in TIS.

Empowering the Next Generation of Teachers

Being the first to be awarded the prestigious recognition in Asia with Quantum Learning Certified Site Facilitators, TIS also extended the opportunity of excellence teaching by collaborating with Taylor’s University and Quantum Learning Network. This collaboration brings Quantum Learning in Teaching (Q-LiT), a tried and tested Professional and Practical Teaching Programme to Taylor’s University’s students (teachers-to-be) in assisting them to embrace the best teaching and learning practices, and provides them with practical and immersive teaching experience within an international school environment. The training was very informative and enjoyable because of the wonderful and amazing Q-LiT Facilitators. I got to practice the strategies and techniques learnt from the workshop during my practicum and having a QL Lead Teacher as my mentor, I had more exposure to the different techniques and strategies. Q-LiT has equipped me as a future educator with further exposure to the best teaching and learning practices. I am amazed by some of the teaching and learning practices introduced through this training as it is really beneficial especially in classroom management.
